Enter Shikari embody everything exciting and relevant about today’s generation of new musical talent. This foursome from St Albans have been smashing music genres worthless boundaries since 2003, and are on a meteoric rise to the top. They have their own unique, and at times barbaric, sound - songs morph seemlessly from rock to electro to metal to techno to hardcore to country & western in the blink of an eye. They also have a nack of spattering filthy dubstep basslines all over their live performances. Further proof of their impressive range of influences and abilities.
Speaking of live performances, they are up there with the greatest. Unmatched energy, faithful fans singing and clapping militaristically, thumping basslines and double time drumming - not to mention lead singer Rou Reynold’s impressive acrobatics throughout.

Shikari are political. They care, they believe, they hold hope for a better place, and they’re inviting you along for the ride. And, given the chance, you should go; willingly.
